Some politicians want to impose a world dictatorship to stop people from polluting and destroying the world, but the real answer lies in MORE human freedom, not less, and in the boundless resources of space. One man's struggle to save humanity from an ecological crisis, organized crime, and a bureaucracy where filling out the proper forms is more important than getting the job done.
