This was to be my first bookcrossing book, but I got the ISBN number wrong so sent Captain James Cook on his way instead. DO NOT PASS GO is about London as seen through the eyes of a Londoner. He visits each of the locations on a Monopoly Board (English edition - all in London), including Jail and (surprisingly enough) "Free Parking" and uses his experiences to tell the tale of one city.
Witty with a fair bit of "English humour" and a good bit of London history thrown in.

My first book caught - how exciting! I am going to London later in the year, the book may inspire me to visit some of these places!! Maybe I could take it straight to Mayfair!
