At the time of my last journal entry, I was getting ready for vacation so just jotted down a brief note. This was an excellent book, filled with fascinating facts, especially concerning the innovations brought to the Chicago Worlds Fair -- the electric light, the Ferris Wheel, the amazing enormity of the entire project. The author's tying together the scope of the Fair with a psychopathic serial killer's mindset and horrible crimes was fascinating. G., thanks for recommending this and sending it to me.

It's on its way to another bookcrosser in Missouri.

Received today. I have heard from so many people that this is a good book. I really look forward to reading it.
