Didn't learn too much from it, but enjoy the topic. As I was reading this book I turned to page 185 and it was March 5, 2005 both on my calendar and in print right there on the page.
I picked up the book from Union Station in DC probably on March 19th while on Spring Break with my family. I am from Iowa and while our capital city and surrounding areas have about 450,000, I wouldn't say we live in the "Big City" but the book looks like it has some good ideas about decreasing stress anywhere! I plan to read it and then leave it for some one else to enjoy!
