Excuse me, what?! The same person who wrote "Frecklejuice" wrote this!? I was astounded by the fact that Blume wrote this book. It had a decent story line but was much more jaded than I could understand. It was hard to feel sympathetic for the character because of all of the poor choices that she made. At the same time some of the entries left me wondering if Blume wrote them for shock value.
