Saw the movie so I thought I'd get the book to read.

Whoa, I didn't realise this had been sitting on Mt TBR for so long. Anyway, I actually quite enjoyed this book, I remember the movie being slightly corny and fairly predictable, and the book was kind of the same, but still quite a relaxing, fun and easy read.
