This is a story of two sisters, each wanting what the other one has. Martha has the perfect life, nice house, hubbie and two kids, but then he leaves her.
Eliza has a musician boyfriend, great sex and a messy flat.

Martha wants excitement and a fling,
Eliza wants the ideal husband and a mortage.

A great story! Perfect with a glass of wine...

Sending to ScottishHoosier as a loan - happy reading!
Sent April 29th, economy post

Journal Entry 5 by ScottishHoosier from Westhill, Scotland United Kingdom on Friday, May 6, 2005
Just received this today from nice-cup-of-tea as a loan. It came in the same package as "The cat that could open the fridge" which nice-cup- was returning to me. Nice-cup- included a postcard - cool! - and a business card that had also been signed by Adele. Now, I wonder if that happens to be Adele Parks, or another Adele.

Now I just have to decide if I'm going to continue to struggle with 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea or put that aside to start with this one.

A very good read! Adele crafted the two main characters so well, I really related to them. The way everything came out the blue for Martha, makes you sit back and ask, "Could this happen to me?"

I'm so glad I abandoned 20,000 Leagues to read this! It will soon be making its way back to nice-cup-of-tea. Thank you for the loan!!!

Taking it to the post office to send back to nice-cup-of-tea before I take my son to playgroup.

Thank you very much for the loan!!

It is now on its way. Got it to the post office with just enough time to get Ben to playgroup.
