I really enjoyed this book, and was very glad about that fact, as I'd been disappointed in the last few Anne Tylers on my reading list! It was great to read another of her books that so amazingly delves into family and relationship dynamics.

A quote I liked:

Too little said and too much communicated, so that if you fight back they can say, "But why? What did I do?" and you won't have any answer.
(I actually finished it last Wednesday, but neglected to journal it until now.)

This book is now a candidate for a future wild release.

I'll take this one to our meet tonight at Teas 'n' Beans to see if anyone wants it!

Update - no takers, so back to the pile to be released.

I'll be taking this book to our monthly BookCrossing meet tonight - if no one claims it, I'll bring it back home and release it in the wild sometime soon.

EDIT: No takers, so it's still in my hands!

I picked out this book from the bookcrossing meet without having read the back because I was told it was the best one left in the pile.

It was a funny book - I really liked it. The only thing I didn't like was the cover art; I ranted about it to more than one person who asked me what I was reading during this past week.

I gave the book to one of my co-workers the other night.
