Fantastic convention being had. How odd. A book set in South Wales. I wonder where that is? Must have been named after New South Wales.
But I like the blurb, "life is simple; work, drink and sex are its foundations." The world in a nutshell. But of course there is a woman involved to complicate things. I guess that makes for a story that is longer than a meaty chapter.
