Mum gave me this book when she was clearing out her bookshelves - I remember it being on the bookshelf when I was a kid, and assume, from the subject matter (running) that it was one of Dad's.

No this is not a wild catch!
I just wanted to say that I saw this on the pizza night at the Dux, and admit to doing 'a bit of a skyring' by copying down a few BCID's and adding comments.

Whilst visiting New Zealand's South Island , we spotted the book in a plastic bag , hanging on a wire fence. After taking our happy snap's we decided the book needed to come home with us to Melbourne , Australia. More precisely Upwey, where it will be released once it has been read.
