I have finally finnished the book. Sorry redhouse for the delay!
In the beginning I had some trouble getting in to the book, I almost stoped reading. But now I'm really glad that I finnished it, it was funny, enjoyable and I'm eager to read other books by the same author.

Arrived this morning. Many thanks

Oh I so enjoyed this one! From the cover it looked like just another bit of chick-lit, but it was so much more.
Clever, funny and often very touching.
I have just finished reading a book which I found very depressing, although worthy and this one was just what I needed.
Thanks for seeing this on my wishlist and sending it to me. It was a lovely read.

Taken from Lellie's bookbox-looking forward to reading it!

Enjoyable, but the ending seemed a little rushed and blunt.

Made its way into my possession via the Mix'n'Match UK Bookbox! Will it stay with me, or travel on with the bookbox? I haven't decided yet :)

I enjoyed this book. The cover reminded me of a tongue-in-cheek "Guide to Being a Lady" by dad bought for me once, and I was expecting a similar chick-lit-self-help-book sort of read, but it was less shallow than I expected. I never really identified with Louise, she seemed too chameleonic for me to get to grips with her, but there were some amusing moments and I found the ending quite sweet.
It's going back in the Book Box to travel onwards.

Made its way into my possession via the Mix'n'Match UK Bookbox! Read it before, but liked it lots, so grabbed it this time to save for a suitable RABCK.

Happily received in the post this morning. Love the front cover..reminds me of my mother's knitting and sewing patterns. Having read the other journals, am looking forward to this read...
Six chapters in and it's a surprisingly good read!! I think i will be taking a few tips for myself..have a lot of post-it notes.
An enjoyable read, not least because it isn't the genre I normally pick for myself and was all the more surprising for it. It wasn't too mawkish nor did it rely too heavily on the name-dropping so boorishly represented in many chick-lit novels. The main character, Louise, is a sympathetic one and you are genuinely relieved and happy for her when her life starts to pull together. A happy read!
wish granted *)...happy reading
2 days ago the book arrived just in time for my birthday. Thank you very much for this wishlist-rabck, jules5
