A strangely disturbing and somewhat depressing book, but once started the reader must see it through to its haunting conclusion. I can't say I enjoyed it, but it certainly is thought-provoking and worthwhile reading.

I loved reading this book, and am now going to probably go out and buy it so that it is a part of my library and I can read it again. It was somewhat different from what I am used to reading, but as you read further you get caught up in the words and then reread parts as they make connection to your mind and heart.
