I know, it's the third copy of this I've bought. I just love it and paying far too much for it in an op shop so I can push it on someone else is what this is all about.

On its way to TuesdayNext to replace her missing copy.

Emotionally Weird was on my wish list and was sent to me by peggysmum in the ACT. (what a lovely bookcrosser!)
I did own a copy of this book once but it was so different and so wonderful that I wanted all of my friends to read it too, until someone forgot to give it back.
I have raved about this book ever since and have wanted to re-read it. So thank you.
I sometimes wonder if Jasper Fforde is reading Kate Atkison too, or is it the other way around, or perhaps they post studied post-moderism and english literature together at some time. Both authors have the ability to take established ideas and make them magical (and funny).
BTW if you like this book you might like Aunt Julia and the Scriptwriter by Mario Vargas Llosa.
The day I write my own best selling novel I will wild release this book, I promise.
