Looks like a very biased autobiography but an interesting one. She knew and slept with a lot of intersting people in hollywood. Although in her eyes it appears she was always the golden one.
I happen to find Gene Tierney interesting from another angle too. She was not the perfect american beauty. She was not blonde and she was not perfect. She had an overbite. Indeed there is even a line by Hawkeye in Mash about it!
Today no girl with an overbite would have achieved star status. Also a brunette! Today she would have had to gain stardom as a blonde and then change colour!

Not quite what I expected from a Hollywood bio. I did not know about Gene Tierney's mental illness. It is a very self-centric bio but it was a very candid account of her experience.
