Journal Entry 1 by SKingList from New York City, New York USA on Monday, January 10, 2005
Found this when I went to release a few books in Toowong Village! I love Peter Moore and though I have just started this book, it looks to be as good as Swahili for the Broken-Hearted, which I loved.

12 January: You know, this book was even better than Swahili, which I didn't think was possible. I think that might have something to do with my lingering desire to go to Italy, and the general theory of travel dreams. PM really makes you want to travel Italy on the Vespa as well.

14 January: This one's gone to my friend's dad-we'll see if he notices the BC-ID on it or says anything when he gives it back to me.

This one came back to me, he knew about BC and stuff but never mentioned registering it. Oh well, at least he loved the book as much as I did! Starting a bookray for this now so other P. Moore fans can enjoy. PM me if you're interested. Ray completed, check the last entry to see where the book is if you're interested.

Journal Entry 4 by Sabavana from Abermain, New South Wales Australia on Monday, January 31, 2005
It's arrived! I've been waiting for this bookring ever since I finished Swahili, I can't wait to get started (just have to finish my current book, as I can never get my head around reading 2 books at once!) Thanks for making this a ring SKingList :-)

Journal Entry 5 by Sabavana from Abermain, New South Wales Australia on Friday, February 4, 2005
Still loved it, but not as much as Swahili - maybe because it was all the same country, even though regions were different it was still essentially the same kind of people he encountered. Having said that, it was still a very enjoyable read, and it still makes me want to go to Italy!
Will give to SweetPetunia tomorrow.

I received this today. I'm last on the list so, unless anyone else wants it, I'm going to take it to NZ & release it over there. OK with you SKingList?

I enjoyed this one. It sounds a lovely journey. I enjoyed this one more than Swahili or Montezuma. I feel like getting onto ebay now & searching for a 1960s Vespa. Oh, and I learned a new word in Italian - vaffanculo. I'll have to remember that one.

As I've finished, this book is now available to be released at the BCNZ Conference. Thanks, SKingList.

Picked up from the table at the NZBC Convention welcome. Someone sitting next to me at the time (I can't remember who, because we all swapped seats so many times) recommended Peter Moore to me, so I thought I'd give him a go.

It's not fair! I want to go to Italy now!!! A lovely book that paints a fabulous (and amusing) picture of a different Italy than you see from a tour bus.

This book has spent too long in the antipodes, so it's now on its way to America for the winner of the latest sweepstakes.
