The first in the series is by far the best. The others are enjoyable but not quite as spunky as the first. Anyway, this is a duplicate copy. As I've already rung the first copy, I'll probably rerelease that copy as a ray.

I hardly ever enjoy mysteries, so the fact that I liked this book really says something. I think I liked it so much because I just adored Amelia. A smart, witty, independent woman in Victorian times - what's not to love?
