Received from a fellow bookcrosser in England who posted it on the Relay Index, I picked up this book in Paris while I was there on vacation! Am looking forward to trying some new recipes.

RELEASE NOTES:

At the Bookcrossing meet up on this date, I'll be leaving this book for the curious to take! The meeting is at the Cafe on the Corner in Dover.... it is a lot of fun to try a couple of new recipes. This is a bit challenging as the measures are British, but still there are always a few that aren't too difficult to figure out and will give your palate a change.... have fun!

Interesting cookbook... good lobster preparations. I had a tough time finding ingredients in the USA: skate wings for Raie au Beurre Noir (Skate in brown Butter), or conger eel and wrasse for the Cotriade (Brittany Fish Stew.
I prefer Jacques Pepin and Julia Child for my French inspired cooking.
