I must admit that I'm not a fan of this novel. I took an Arthurian literature course in graduate school, and this book was one of the required readings. I disliked the book from the start, although looking back now, I can't say exactly why this was. I truly believe that we have points in our lives when certain books have meaning to us and points in our lives when those same books mean nothing to us. I intend to reread this book someday -- and then I shall see if my theory is correct.
