I didn't like this nearly as much as other Stephen King books. It was a bit slow and never really scary. King's talent is that he takes the ordinary and makes it extraordinary. Normal everyday life can sometimes have an unexpected twist to terror. This book didn't have that. He kept telling us how foreign and unknowable the Buick was so I never really related to the story.

Anyway, my boyfriend is reading it now. I hope he journals.
