I've heard only good things about this book but I still wasn't all that sure what to expect when I started reading it. I really enjoyed it. Auel paints an excellent picture of early man and has clearly researched the area. I loved the character of Ayla and am happy to see Auel continues the series. I will definitely be looking out for the rest of the Earth Children series.
Picked up at the Newcastle first meet! It was great! Thanks for bringing this perfect-circle.
After looking for ages the person I had in mind for this book already had it! Typical! So this one is going to the Hull meet to find a new owner.
