The story is told from the point of view of Nick Carraway: Jay Gatsby is in love with Daisy, but she's married to Tom. Gatsby however, has a history with Daisy and is extremely weathly, while Tom is a bully.
Fascinating characters and wonderful language will put you back in time to the 1920's. The plot is exciting and it will be hard to put this book down.
This particular copy contains:
- notes about the text by Matthew J. Bruccoli (he wrote some great books on Fitzgerald that, if you're a fan, you must read!)
- an afterword from the publisher, Charles Scribner III
