A good book on the different yoga moves. I do so much better with videos, or heck, just going to class.

Thank you so much for sending this book -- I have been crazy hectic this month with our retail business so I haven't checked our mailbox (which is actually a "superbox" around the corner from us) for a couple of weeks so I apologize if it's been sitting waiting for me to post!
