I am excited to have received this book and will start to read it as soon as possible. I am impressed byt he fact that the book is printed on 100% post-consumer recycled paper. The topic is of interest to me because I have been trying to figure out, as of late, what people feel so superior about. As a nation, the USA is seen as arrogant ... they think they are better than others. Well it's true of almost any subgroup as well. Those that are intelligent seem to think they are "better" than those that are not. Black better than white. White better than black. Men better than women. Women better than men. Republicans better than Democrats and vice versa. Where does it end? Why all this elitism? So I am excited to hear the author's theory and his lessons for overcoming the abuse of rank.
