Not the best Austen I have read but still enjoyable.

Picked up at the York Meet yesterday - am v. pleased as it is the only Jane Austen I haven't managed to get my hands on (am currently reading "Mansfield Park").
Enjoyed it - v. funny.

Enjoyed the typical internal struggle that Austen's characters have trying to figure out what the "person of interest" for them is thinking, about to do, etc. Characters are fun - but not developed with much depth in this short book. Would certainly recommend it for anyone who enjoys English novels of manners. Left book at Bryn Seion, a Welsh chapel in Beavercreek, Oregon, USA.

A Jane Austern I hadn't read. Book brought to a Welsh church in Oregon.
It has been awhile since I read any Jane Austin. It was a wonderful read once I got into the "lilt" of the language. I would like to try this again!
