I enjoyed this book---started a bit slow for me, but as I kept reading I liked it better and better. Great descriptions and lovely images--plot keeps going and takes you into the emotions of the lead character.

Received from a friend. I enjoyed the book a lot. Not sure of the direction of the plot in the beginning and the ending was a little of a surprise for me. I did enjoy it as well as the descriptions of the area in which the book took place. The author did a good job with making you see the scenery in your mind as you read.
