A Season for the Dead
1 journaler for this copy...
A Season for the Dead is a novel that you may enjoy if you did enjoy the Code, but it is a thicker, denser read. I liked the plot, which kept me guessing and surprised for over 400 pages, although one or two loose ends were not tied up to my satisfaction. Set in Rome during the August heat wave, with multiple references to the Vatican and the various churches throughout the city, I appreciated the little art, history and geography lessons that went hand-in-hand with the entertainment. I like the character Teresa Lupo in particular.
