Learning the UNIX Operating System, 4th Edition (Nutshell Handbook)

This is the UNIX primer I wish I'd had when I started using UNIX. I've probably given a dozen copies away to friends and employees over the years. Though this copy is now one revision out-of-date, that's hardly a consideration for this venerable operating system. (I also have a copy of the second edition, published in 1987. It's still perfectly good.) Anyone new to UNIX or Linux will benefit from reading this slim book with the majestic horned owl on the cover.
