This book is humorous, fascinating and intriguing. One of Bulgakov's relatively unknown books it was republished recently with a foreword by Doris Lessing.
A famous scientist in Moscow discovers by chance a ray of light that will make things grow. His discovery is brutually taken away from him and used by the government but in a number of humorous blunders the countryside is soon awash with giant snakes and ostriches.
I am thinking about the best place to release this book, if you are interested in it please contact me and I will try to send it to you.
