I like many others have seen David Starkey present BBC historical documentaries. This book particularly touches my interest because one of Henry's wives bears my name "kathryn howard" although it gets spelt differently everytime I see it. Up until johnson's dictionary in the mid 1800's, spelling was pretty flexible (interestingly enough with the sms shorthand of today it is again being so).

I decided I needed to know some more detail about my namesake.
