An anthropologists sets out to solve a 30 year old murder and rehabilitate the man who was convicted of it. A very rich gallery of characters, set out in M. Walters usual form of newspapers cutting sprinkled through the story.

Done !I like the way Minette Walters uses e-mails, papers cutting to help with the story...You were right, meliluc, it's as good as "acid row" or "a shape of snakes", my favorite books by this author ! Jonathan was getting on my nerves at first, but I ended liking him very much, and George is great !

I picked it up from "Le Petit Chatelet" in Paris today where Icila had left it for me. Looking forward to reading it.

Oops I've made a mistake . The book was kindly sent to me by iclia. I didn't get it at the pc at all . ( I picked up two others there and being overexcited about that I got mixed up )
i have read the book and really enjoyed it. I think I'll look out for another book by Minette Walters.

The book arrived yesterday. Looking forward to reading it; I'll have one ring book before this one but should be able to start this soon.
I didn't like Walters' previous book Fox Evil that much so I was a bit reserved on this one and the beginning wasn't very promising. Excerpt from Jonathan's book at the beginning let me antipicate a boring book. And it didn't help a lot that Jonathan was really irritating at first. But after about 100 pages the book turned into a very interesting one and I ended up liking it a lot. Much better than Fox Evil...
