Sending to Future Cat for the New Zealand Convention.
A huge sack of books arrived today - too late for the convention, unfortunately, but they'll still be greatly appreciated by the Christchurch Bookcrossers, and a few might end up travelling over to Australia for the Brisbane convention in June.
Wow, what a lot of copies of Tom Sawyer! I'm sure we'll find something creative to do with them...
Many thanks nekki!

RELEASE NOTES:
We reach the highest point on our journey as we travel over the Lindis Pass to Central Otago. At the top of the pass, 965m above sea level, there is a plaque commemorating the spot where the first red deer were released into the high country (whether that was a good move is a hotly debated topic). I left the book tucked into the tussock at the base of the plaque, enjoying this amazing view down the valley.
On to the next stop on our tour...

I picked the book up at a quasi car park come layby on the Lindis Pass,in November last year. The irony was that I was then reading Huckleberry Finn by the same author,so I didn't read it straight away.I took the book back with me to Australia and sort of forgot about it.I subsequently re visited NZ in May- June and read whilst travelling.I have just released it today in a Backpackers common room in Bremen Germany.
