Found this book on Amtrak.
Sent to another bookcrosser from their wishlist.
This arrived today, thank you so much! This book has been on my wishlist for quite awhile, so I'm anxious to start reading it and see if it holds up to my expectations. :)
My to-be-read pile is starting to take over my room, so I've decided to send out a few of my TBR books out on bookrings.
This is going to be a good old-fashioned international bookring! I will be limiting entries to 5 people. The only stipulation I am putting on this is that you must have at least 50 books registered to your name to join this ring, as I really do want to read this book when it returns to me and would be heartbroken if it was lost.
Please PM your location and shipping preferences to join!
Participants:
1. Luintaurien (Nebraska, USA)
2. flowergirl68 (England, UK)
3. hunnyb (New South Wales, Australia)
4. ZoeKing (Groningen, Netherland)
exception made regarding # books needed
5. d-o-m (South Yorkshire, UK)
exception made regarding # books needed
6. -Psyche- (Minnesota, USA) - must still register 50 books
...then back to me in Minnesota, USA!

WILD RELEASE NOTES:
RELEASE NOTES:
Received book today - thanks for sending it on! I haven't read any McEwan yet, so am looking forward to giving this a try.
A very interesting book on guilt, forgiveness (or lack thereof) and love. I found the changing of perspectives a bit confusing at times but still insightful (because it showed an event from different character's views). The writing was very eloquent and moving. Thanks for sharing this appaloosatb, I've PMed ZoeKing for an address.
ZoeKing has asked to be skipped so am PM'ing d-o-m.
28 March 2006.
Received this morning. I should be able to start it in a week or so.
24 April 2006.
What a fantastic book.
Having read a little about this book I wasn't expecting the story to be presented or to develop the way it did. The story started straight off (no long introduction or scene setting) and I was involved from the start. I found all of the characters sympathetic knew what they were thinking and why they behaved the way that they did. I became particularly engrossed in books two and three. And what a moving ending…
The best book I have read this year.
