Picked this up at a second hand book sale. I enjoyed some Arundhrati Roy and Rohintron Mistry novels and I became curious to read more Indian literature.
A strange and sublime address, the only one I finished before giving the book away, is not much more than a description of daily life in contemorary India. Informative, yes, but not interesting enough for me to continue reading.
