The best prank in the world: give your friend - a former college literature prof - a Danielle Steel novel for Christmas! Have I read this novel? I have not...though I was going to for the hell of it before a.) releasing it & b.) deciding against it (there being too little time as it is to read all of the books we'll be better human beings for having read)...
But I figure I'll promote literacy & send it out into the world. I hope it lands in the hands of someone who knows how to appreciate romance novels that are churned out with the speed of quarters & dimes in our national mint...
