I tried to get into one of Atwood's books, and it just wasn't for me, but hopefully someone else will enjoy this!
Release planned for Saturday, July 17, 2004 at BCUK 2004 Unconvention @ Apres Bar, Summerrow in Birmingham, England Controlled Releases.
Snaffled at the Birmingham BCUK Unconvention.
Thank you Jackshome!
Thank you Jackshome!
Alias Grace is a fictionalised account of the true story of Grace Marks, a renowned convicted murderess from the mid-nineteenth century.
This is a superbly and evocatively written book. It’s also a bit of a whodunnit as well; did Grace Marks murder Nancy and Mr Kinnear?
I am so pleased that Jackshome left this at the BCUK unconvention last year. I just regret not getting around to reading it sooner.
Thanks!
