Prom Dress

Am finally ready to share this book.
OK I finally read this book. I liked it a lot and I wouldn't have guessed from its cover or the synopsis on the back of the book. It's about this poor girl who canot afford to buy a dress for an upcoming prom so she borrows a dress without being allowed from a neighbour. But the dress is cursed and makes all these tragic accidents happen. Is it really the curse that leads to these tragedies or is it the guilt the girls have about wearing the dress ? The book is a nice page turner and I can see how it can be a favorite among teen readers!

A story about a cursed prom dress, that in the beginning has a magnetic effect on every girl that sees it; but when wearing it the dress turns out to destroy the most important gift this girl has got- talent, integrity, beauty, whatever.
I can imagine that the story is popular among teenage girls, my own daugther really likes Fear Street-novels and I imagine them to be similar.

I read this book while the bookbox was at my house (it's now back inside the box). It was an enjoyable Saturday afternoon read.

Fished this out of the Big Yellow English Bookbox. I always enjoyed those "Mystery"-Booklets you can buy at every newspaper stand when I was younger. This looks like a fun and fast read!
