The first in Salvatore's hunter's blade trilogy goes back to the basics. Drizzt and his friends slogging in out with the bad guys. In this case a horde of orcs has teamed up with some unlikely allies in some frost giants. And behind the scene is some dark elves pulling the strings.

Salvatore pulls together some of his favorite characters including the amusing boldershoulder brothers from his Cleric quintet along with a range of new ones.

Loved it. Can't wait to read the rest in the trilogy.
