Not my favorite Pern book by any stretch--it was just a little too sci-fi for me (I prefer the stronger element of fantasy that the series began with). I finished it because I'm a Pern addict, but I won't re-read it. That being said, I do need to make sure my aunt has a copy of her own. If she doesn't, she'll get first dibs on this one. If she does, this one will be Available until I release it.

Ok, I know I cheated. Book Land is a used bookstore on Louetta (just off of Stuebner Airline), and I traded in a load of books because I needed to get them out of the house quickly. There were just too many to release in the wild, and we're doing home repairs.

I bought the book in a used bookstore here in Spring. Once I have read it (I am a big Anne McCaffery fan) I'll turn it loose.
