Great book. Read it twice

This book is going for a little trip ;)

Thanks fer3ngi! This book looks really interesting, albiet a little intimidating... (I'm sure I can handle it though!)- With so many outstanding reviews, this epic has to be good. I'm also intrigued by the illustrative family histories and indicies of names, as well as the ancient maps. By it's looks it could have been written a century ago, as opposed to 1989. Kind of reminds me of Neal Stephenson's new series. I'll update as soon as I can start it.
