2003 Yearling trade paperback of the 1945 tale of a trio of orphans whose grandmother enrolls them in the Children's Academy of Dancing and Stage Training. I found this copy today in the 39th Ave. Little Free Library.
I can let this go after I read:
1931 The Whicharts [n/a]
1937 Ballet Shoes [read 2024]
Edit November 7, 2024: This was good, but I just skimmed to end for time. It's for younger readers. I currently have this ranked at #4838 on my ranked list of best-read books lately.
