Frankly, I was disappointed with this book. I was in the mood for pure, unadulterated chick lit when I bought it. A quote on the cover, taken from the Library Journal, reads, "Acidly funny... Bridget Jones meets Sex and the City." It didn't live up to that review at all in my opinion. It's alright, but it didn't quite live up to its packaging. Let's just say Ruby Capote ain't no Bridget Jones.

Not bad for a beach read or something.

I passed it on to my roommate.
