I can't say it any better than the Boston Globe:

I don't know why I am so amused by these stories of the problems that arise from being friends with a homosexual, but i guess the humor that surrounds the whole situation is just right up my alley. Definitely a funny book that held my attention - even if i can't sympathize with the biological clock-ticking influenced desire to have a baby.
