I picked this up in a little free library in Oxford. Looks interesting.

I found several aspects of this book interesting, like the idea of placing your baby with other parents rather then feeling like you're "giving up" your child. Good perspective. I was surprised when she later decided to adopt a child and wondered how that would make the children she gave up for adoption feel, but I think that was the point of the book: blood doesn't matter as much as the commitment you make to giving a child a better life. There were many times this book dragged, but I liked the message.
