This book teaches all the rules of chess in a fun way. It also teaches you chess notation and even has a chapter about tactics. It can be enjoyed by children as young as 5 if they’re interested in chess.

We found this book in a Little Free Library and after we’ve learned about castling and en passant, I’m checking whether anyone in my local Buy Nothing group would like it.

I’m giving this to a Buy Nothing neighbor for their grandchild.
