I found this softcover in this Little Free Library in Reading MA while dropping off some books of my own. It's about a girl, Erin, who loves her family's new home - until she finds that it comes with a treehouse haunted by a ghost from seventy years in the past. And it seems that the ghost is trying to take over Erin's body... There are plenty of creepy elements in this one, but it also has lots of positive attributes - and a more upbeat ending than I'd anticipated!
