1 journaler for this copy...

1987 BCI paperback of Book I in The First Americans series of adventure at the dawn of history, in the Age of Ice. In this one, our young widowed hero leads his band of survivors over the glacial frozen tundra on a desperate eastward odyssey to save the clan. This copy came from The Paperback Trader in Redding, California, some hundreds miles north of here. I found this old worn copy a couple days ago in the Lamson Little Free Library in Castro Valley.
Edit April 15, 2024: This was good, but I just skimmed to end for time. It runs a bit long. I currently have this ranked at #3533 on my ranked list of best-read books lately.
