Another cookbook to add to my collection - I was beginning to feel uninspired. I'll make a journal entry if I ever cook something from it.

So far, I made:

omelette - this was good, though I added too much water so it was a bit runny. Obviously, I've always made omelettes without instructions but the adding water thing is new, so it's a good tip I guess.

beef with honey & chilli - this didn't work at all. I bought some really tough beef which was impossible to chew, but also the sauce I made just turned into water when I cooked the meat.
