In September 2022, I did a three week road trip travelling around Cornwall. I took several library books with me, including "Dirty Little Secrets" by Jo Spain which I really enjoyed, I had not heard of this author before, and decided I would like to read more of her novels. So I was very pleased a week later when I found another Jo Spain book at a telephone book exchange in Mullion!

I found this book in the Mullion book swap. I left two books behind it its place (Perfect Strangers and Dawn Like Thunder).

This book actually stayed at this hotel just over a year ago. My Mum and I spent 2 weeks at this hotel and between us we had so many books to share that we did not get round to reading this one. We are now back in Fuerteventura, at a different hotel but we popped back to see if any of the books we left last year were still there (they are not but nobody has ever registered them as caught 😭😭) and it seemed fitting to leave this book behind at the place where it first stayed. My Mum read and enjoyed it but I just couldn't get into it for some reason so didn't ever finish it.
