'Looks like a book that offers lessons in how to live life through the teachings of Buddha. 'Left in our Little Free Library this week, and I hope someone will find it useful. I will give it a perusal before returning it to our LFL #95058, as I took a World Religions course in my teens and really enjoyed it. In fact, I had to do a 20-minute talk on Zen Buddhism for the course (preparation for college - the classes were 90 minutes long, and involved essay writing).
