I have read Maeve Binchy once in a while mostly because of the warm-hearted storytelling and the milieu. Thanks!

When "provincial and old-fashioned" small town people move to Dublin, it is time to grow up and learn from the mistakes.
Binchy is fond of describing houses, interiors, food etc with many words. The dialogues are fluent and airy. Just I wish they were a bit more rough around the edges.
